Goal setting primes the brain to prioritize what is significant in reaching that goal—which is a game-changer considering the flood of opportunity and distraction we sift through daily. Goal setting cues your brain to notice what will help you get to where you want to go.

Normally we set goals in a very “left brained” fashion—logical, sequenced, planned, and measurable. But there is another way to set goals using a “right brained” approach. One that is creative, intuitive, imaginative, and focused on meaning.

Join us for a facilitated virtual workshop to help you take a right brain approach to developing your professional and personal goals for the new year.

For this workshop, you will need to provide your own supplies: Paper (8.5 x 11 or larger), a black pen, and something to add color to the page (markers, colored pencils, or crayons).
