Join us for an in-depth conversation with firm leaders, executives, and senior staff as we share strategies, tips, and techniques for effectively managing critical conversations in your company. Our discussion will cover a variety of scenarios, including mass layoffs, terminations for cause, employee reviews, leadership/administrative staff redirection, and others. This collaborative, town-hall style event is best suited for those who are willing to actively participate in the discussion by asking and answering questions, and sharing their own insights and lessons learned.
